The Shakti Dance™ Teacher Training, led beautifully and powerfully by Dharma Devi Kaur, is changing me and my life like no other training has. (And I’ve taken a lot of trainings.) Dharma’s knowledge of esoteric teachings is astounding, and her ability to break it down and make it relatable is truly amazing. She also has the rare talent to “see” exactly what each student needs to work on, physically and mentally, and the dedication to inspire us and push us to do the work. Although I’m only four months into the year-long program, I can feel what an important journey this is for me. More than a month ago I sent you an e-mail to wish you a happy ending and passage in this new frequency of 2015 year, which it seems to have started with so much activity for many of us. I personally just stopped travelling from coast to coast and up and down on the two coasts, to share the teaching of Shakti Dance™, but mostly to share the energy of the Divine Feminine, and Divine Mother Shakti. It has been tiring, but at the same time very clearing and inspiring. The United States is such a big country that everywhere you go, you will find something new, different and sometimes confusing, but over all, I always bring home a sense of wholeness every time I travel, and I visit new cities and meet new people. Connection is a great gift we have, we catch a plain, a train, or we drive our car, and we have the chance to meet, understand and share with new human beings. I find that to be great because at the end of the day,  we are all trying to do the same thing: try to be the best human being possible. Here I'm almost in my 4th year in business, trying to do my best serving humanity and offering the best I can and whatever I know. What I have learned in this experience of life is "Letting go": let go your own pressure let go you own judgment about yourself let go the judgment toward other let go the judgement that others have of you let go the attachment to results let go to the common idea of success and failure. Just let go what ever you think things should be and ride the waves of Love, Compassion, Healing and be free finally! Simona Yoga is entering a new challenge; in fact, it is expanding its energy in the NY and NJ area, and soon our services will be offered with more consistency also in NYC and in Westfield and Montclair in NJ. I'm profoundly exited of this new path of transformation I"m personally approaching, and I feel that many human beings are riding the same wave right now, Thus I share my blessings with you all, wishing you success, prosperity and a full life experience.
